We are excited to announce the launch of the Onsite Leadership Academy. Onsite has been involved in the leadership space since 2007 and, due to the overwhelming response and success of our leadership retreats, we are ready to begin the next chapter of our leadership offerings with the Onsite Leadership Academy.

The inaugural Onsite Leadership Academy class, the Class of 2019, will be geared towards all aspects of the Behavioral Health Industry. Clinical, Medical, Admissions, Marketing, Operations, Executive, and Hospitality departments all play a role in the treatment of clients. Healthy cultures start with healthy leaders and culture has proven key to supporting long term outcomes for our clients and businesses. Participants will take away hands-on leadership tools, as well as connections and internal awareness that will change the trajectory of their lives forever and create long term success as leaders in every sector of the Behavioral Health Industry.

The program date for the Onsite Leadership Academy Class of 2019 is July 29 – August 1, 2019. Accepting applications for the 2019 class through June 1st. 

The cost of the program is $1200 and includes all programming, lodging, food and shuttle service to and from the airport, during our specified pick-up and drop-off times.

To be eligible to participate, you must:

  1. Currently work in the Behavioral Health Field.
  2. Formally apply through application tab below.
  3. Submit a letter of recommendation from your employer.

After graduation from the program, you will:

  1. Receive a discount to a future Onsite program.
  2. Be included in the Onsite Leadership Mentor Program.
  3. Be invited to future Onsite Leadership Conferences and Reunions – exclusive to Onsite Leadership Alumni Only.
