Equine Program (Tennessee)
This program offers a unique experience. Horses are highly sensitive to people’s emotions. For this reason, a horse’s response to handling by humans can provide a compelling metaphoric experience for the handler. This program is for people seeking to discover more about themselves and how to better communicate and interact with others. Experience or knowledge of horses is not required.
Equine Program (Montana)
In a small town in Montana where the Great Plains rise to meet the Rocky Mountains, a small group of Onsite clients will gather in late June. They will come to share an extraordinary week in the Bob Marshall Wilderness with two experienced Onsite equine therapists, a cook, a wrangler, and a small herd of gentle, well loved horses.

Research is available showing the effectiveness of this program.
Healing Trauma Program
For the past 30 years, Onsite has aspired to stay current and at the emerging edge of developments in the mental health and addictions fields. During the past ten years, that research has led us to the doorway of trauma theory, specifically, the correlation of trauma to certain compulsive behaviors, and the role the brain plays in healing.
Living Centered Program II
The Living Centered Program II (LCP II) was specifically designed and added due to consistant feedback from alumni and our referring professionals. The most common request by Living Centered Program (LCP) participants is that they would like to extend or return and attend a similar experience that would continue them on their recovery path, take them to a deeper level, or serve as a refresher. We have finally created that opportunity with the LCP II. This workshop is a great addition for anyone who has attended an LCP or other Onsite Program. It could also be a fit for those who have attended similar programs at other facilities.

Families of three or more members with children nine years or older, as well as adult children, can benefit from this program.
Any couple striving for greater intimacy and fulfillment can benefit from this program. Intense work is done with couples who have been together for many years, as well as those who are in a new relationship or those contemplating ending their relationship.
This specialized program is designed for one couple to work exclusively with an Onsite therapist for 4 days. The workshop is created to meet the specific needs of the couple based on telephone interviews and information obtained from their application. Within the context of this program, couples will have the opportunity to look deep within their relationship to explore underlying patterns of conflict and unresolved problems, as well as identify and move beyond the walls of fear and defensiveness. Couples decide what needs to stay the same, and what needs to change in the relationship. Program dates are arranged to accommodate availability to both the couple and Onsite.

This program focuses on the theoretical basis for experiential therapy, as well as the methods involved in the process. This training can benefit all professionals in therapy, counseling or teaching services fields, and other helping professionals.
Psychodrama is an experiential action method of psychotherapy that allows participants to find their lost spontaneity by discovering the underlying messages acquired from life experience and re-thinking and re-feeling them. The purpose is to get free from the things that constrain our energy and keep us from living our lives as fully and richly as possible. In the process of doing psychodrama, we often find connection with other people at a level we missed having in our families that is very healing. Action methods are as powerful as you make them creating a safe way to heal the past, revitalize your own life and envision the future.
Trauma Stage Processing Training
The training will be experiential in nature and will help therapists gain knowledge and skills in treating clients who have experienced trauma and may have symptoms of PTSD. There will be both teaching of concepts and learning practical tools and techniques that therapists can apply in their own practices.
